The WS5420DN comes equipped with the powerful Intel Atom Processor and 8GB of fast DDR3 memory installed. It is designed to guard against failures and prevent downtime with four hot-swappable drives. Available fully populated with 8, 16 or 32TB capacity. For Windows Storage Server, you would have the standard Microsoft features to setup remote access like FTP/SFTP or through third party programs. In any case it is easy to enable external file access.
